The primary benefit is the unity of Spirit that the Members enjoy, as we are part of a global network involved in building and managing God's financial and business structure for the advancement of His Kingdom on Earth. Each Member receives:

• A private and secure encrypted mailbox for confidential Network communications.
• Access to a private and secure Data-Exchange of investment and business ideas and proposals.
• An invitation to submit business plans to the Project Selection Committee for funding by Four Winds Financial Network Members.
• An invitation to invest in selected Projects.
• An invitation to apply for participation in the Management and Advisory Boards for MAY Holdings' Four Winds Portfolios that oversee projects.
• An invitation to invest in the Four Winds Group of Funds.
• An invitation to Four Winds Financial Seminars sponsored by MAY Holdings Ltd.
  
• An invitation to Members' Gatherings to seek the Lord and discuss global and national financial matters.
  
• Summary Reports on all Funded Projects.
  
• Executive Summaries on all selected Projects.
  
• Private and secure access to Four Winds Financial Strategies - the Members Newsletter of regular reports on specific financial and investment strategies.
  
• 5% of the Profits generated by Members' investments into Four Winds Portfolios managed by MAY Holdings Ltd., are allocated to each Member's Account.
  
• A periodic Network prayer bulletin and praise report.

Cost of Membership

Each Member agrees to:

1. Pay Initial Membership Fees of US$250.00, comprised of;
   a. A Refundable Membership Fee of US$100.00*, and
   b. The First Year's Membership Dues of US$150.00,
2. Pay the Annual Membership Dues of $150.00, thereafter,
3. Accept and agree to the Kingdom Principles, Protocols, and Practices , and
4. Identify Ministries and/or missionary organizations that their Profits will support.

* This Refundable Membership Fee is placed into the Members' Account and, along with the Portfolio Profits, is set aside for the benefit of the Members. It is refundable in full (plus their share of Portfolio Profits) upon Termination of Membership.

Termination of Membership
Termination may occur whenever a Member fails to renew, or the Membership Committee deems a Member has failed to adhere to the Four Tenets, or the Kingdom Principles, Protocols and Practices. However, the Member will be given the option to enter into a process of restoration to be reinstated as a Member.
