MANAGEMENT
The Network's President, Andrew Bullians, is a New Zealander, who has been in banking and the international investment field most of his life. He became a Christian in February 1982 and rededicated his life in April 1997, to follow and serve the Lord Jesus Christ in the building of a global financial infrastructure and network to serve Kingdom investors and entrepreneurs.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Four Winds Financial Network (FWFN) links Provisionaries and Visionaries, and facilitates the development of relationships among Network financiers, entrepreneurs, consultants, mentors and intercessors who will partner in investing, managing, consulting and praying, so that each Enterprise will grow and prosper in the advancement of God's Kingdom on Earth.

STRATEGIES

• FWFN will establish a Global Kingdom Financial Community (GKFC) through Internet communications, publications, meetings, seminars and retreats.
• FWFN will provide focused leadership support to Visionary business leaders by connecting them with gifted and experienced spiritual and business veterans, for business counseling and mentoring.
• FWFN will provide focused investing to Kingdom Enterprises that are being led by Visionaries who have God-given missions for fruitfulness, and a willingness to pursue proper business planning and mentoring.
• FWFN will facilitate focused prayer for all the Enterprises and all Members of the Network, by coordinating a global network of financial intercessors, and posting specific prayer requests to all Network Members.
